Ninja's Woodfire Outdoor Oven and Ooni's Koda ovens both make pizza in the backyard, but they work differently. The Ninja is electric, reaches 370°C, adds smoke from wood pellets, and also roasts, bakes and smokes. Ooni's Koda 12 and Koda 2 are gas pizza ovens that reach 500°C. At the stores linked here the Ninja costs less than either Ooni.

Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven

The Woodfire runs on a 1,760W element from a power point, and burns about half a cup of wood pellets for smoke flavour. Along with 30cm pizzas it roasts, bakes, smokes and dehydrates, with room for a 5.4kg turkey, and it comes with a pizza stone, a peel and a roasting rack. It is weather resistant and weighs 14.7kg. Bing Lee sells it for about $50 less than The Good Guys.
Its 370°C top is 130°C below the Ooni ovens', and it needs a power point outdoors.

Ooni Koda 12

The Koda 12 is Ooni's smallest gas oven: 9.2kg, a 12-inch pizza on a 10mm cordierite stone, and 500°C, which Ooni says it reaches in about 15 minutes. It runs on a standard LPG bottle, and Ooni's warranty is one year, or five if the oven is registered within 60 days.
It cooks pizza only, and its stone is the thinnest of the three.

Ooni's electric oven

What actually differs
Heat. The Ooni ovens reach 500°C and the Ninja 370°C. A hotter oven and stone cook a pizza faster.
Power. The Ninja plugs into a power point and needs no gas bottle; the Kodas run on LPG.
What else they cook. The Ninja roasts, bakes, smokes and dehydrates. The Kodas are pizza ovens.
Size. The Koda 2 takes a 14-inch pizza; the Ninja and the Koda 12 take 12-inch pizzas.
Which suits which cook
The Ninja Woodfire suits a household that wants one outdoor appliance for pizza, roasts and smoking, and a power point instead of a gas bottle.
The Koda 12 suits pizza nights and trips away, at 9.2kg.
The Koda 2 suits 14-inch pizzas at home.
