Gozney makes two kinds of pizza oven. The Arc Lite, Arc and Arc XL are gas ovens that sit on a table and take 12-, 14- and 16-inch pizzas. The Dome and Dome XL are large ovens that burn wood or charcoal as well as gas, and need a stand or a permanent base. Every Gozney comes with a one-year warranty, which Gozney extends to five years if the oven is registered within 60 days.

Best for Small Tables and Travel: Arc Lite
The Arc Lite is the smallest and lightest Gozney at 12kg, and takes a 12-inch pizza on a 12mm cordierite stone. It measures 430 by 481mm, runs on gas and reaches 500°C, and costs the same as the Roccbox, which Gozney had sold out.
Its stone is 8mm thinner than the Arc's, so it holds less heat between pizzas, and it takes 12-inch pizzas only.

Best All-Rounder: Arc
The Arc takes a 14-inch pizza on a 20mm cordierite stone, the thickness Gozney also uses in the Arc XL, in a body 480 by 564mm. It runs on gas, reaches 500°C, and costs about $550 more than the Arc Lite.
At 21.5kg it weighs almost twice as much as the Arc Lite.

Best for 16-Inch Pizzas on Gas: Arc XL
The Arc XL puts the same 20mm stone in a bigger body, 530 by 629mm, for 16-inch pizzas. It costs about $300 more than the Arc, and Gozney's Australian store had it in Off Black on 28 September; the Bone colour was sold out.
It weighs 26.5kg, and like the other Arcs it burns gas only.

Best Wood-Fired: Dome (Gen 2)
The Dome burns wood, charcoal or gas on a 30mm cordierite floor, and takes one 16-inch or two 10-inch pizzas. It is 826mm wide and 62kg, so it lives on a stand or a permanent base.
Its wood and charcoal modes can't be used on Total Fire Ban days, when Victoria's CFA bans solid-fuel pizza ovens in the open air.

Best for Crowds: Dome XL (Gen 2)
The Dome XL takes one 18-inch, two 12-inch or three 10-inch pizzas on the same 30mm floor, and it is the only Gozney sold in Australia with a natural gas version as well as bottled gas. It is 946mm wide.
At 73kg it needs a permanent spot, and its wood and charcoal modes have the same fire-ban limits as the Dome's.

Roccbox and Tread
The Roccbox, Gozney's first portable oven, reaches 500°C and takes an optional wood burner. The Tread is a 12-inch portable with a 12mm stone and weighs 13.5kg. Gozney's Australian store listed both as sold out on 28 September. The Arc Lite takes the same size pizza as both and costs the same as the Roccbox, on gas only.
What changes between the models
Pizza size. 12 inches for the Arc Lite, 14 for the Arc, 16 for the Arc XL and the Dome, and 18 for the Dome XL. The Domes also take two or three smaller pizzas at once.
Stone. A thicker stone holds more heat between pizzas: 12mm in the Arc Lite, 20mm in the Arc and Arc XL, and 30mm in both Domes.
Fuel. The Arcs burn gas only. The Domes burn wood, charcoal or gas, and the Dome XL also comes in a natural gas version.
Warranty. The same on every Gozney: one year as standard and five when registered within 60 days, according to Gozney.
