Gozney and Everdure both make gas pizza ovens for the backyard, and they differ on heat and on who turns the pizza. Gozney's Arc ovens reach 500°C, and the cook turns the pizza with a peel. Everdure's Kiln ovens reach 400°C, but the Kiln P and Kiln DR rotate the stone themselves, and the Kiln R and Kiln DR come in natural gas versions. At 16 inches, the Kiln R costs about $500 less than Gozney's Arc XL at Bing Lee, and the Kiln DR costs the same as the Arc XL.

Gozney Arc Lite
Gozney's smallest oven takes a 12-inch pizza on a 12mm cordierite stone, reaches 500°C and weighs 12kg. The pizza is turned by hand with a peel, as in every Gozney.

Everdure Kiln P
The Kiln P heats a 13-inch stone with an infrared burner and turns it on a turntable, so the pizza doesn't need turning, and an LED display shows the stone's temperature. The Good Guys lists it at 400°C in under 15 minutes. It runs on an LPG bottle or small propane canisters, weighs 13.1kg, and its stone lifts out for cleaning.
Its 400°C top is 100°C below the Arc Lite's.

Arc XL vs Kiln R and Kiln DR
Gozney Arc XL
The Arc XL takes a 16-inch pizza on a 20mm cordierite stone, reaches 500°C and weighs 26.5kg, and Gozney's warranty runs five years when the oven is registered within 60 days.
It runs on bottled gas only, and the pizza is turned by hand.

Everdure Kiln R
The Kiln R has two burners, 27.05 MJ in total on Bing Lee's listing, under a 16-inch round stone and a front stone, and Everdure says it heats to 400°C in under 15 minutes. It comes in LPG and natural gas versions, weighs 29.2kg and is 660mm wide. Bing Lee lists a two-year warranty.
The pizza has to be turned by hand, and its top temperature is 100°C below the Arc XL's.

Everdure Kiln DR
The Kiln DR rotates its 16-inch stone over a burner underneath it, with a second, U-shaped burner, for 28 MJ in total on LPG. A digital display shows the stone and oven temperatures, and Everdure says it heats to 400°C in under 15 minutes. It comes in LPG and natural gas versions and costs the same as the Arc XL.
At 31.8kg it is the heaviest oven here, and Everdure's page gives no warranty period.

What actually differs
Heat. The Arc ovens reach 500°C and the Kilns 400°C.
Turning the pizza. The Kiln P and Kiln DR rotate the stone. The Arc ovens and the Kiln R need the pizza turned with a peel.
Natural gas. The Kiln R and Kiln DR come in natural gas versions. Gozney's Arc ovens run on bottled gas; its natural gas oven is the much larger Dome XL.
Warranty. Gozney gives one year, or five when the oven is registered within 60 days. The stores selling Everdure's Kilns list one or two years.
